From design to reality - the AK complete service

Free Home Survey

Visit one of our showrooms or call and speak to a designer to arrange a time for them to visit your home. They look at the house, its age, the room and the space available. And they will listen to you – what you need, how you use the room and what you want from the finished project. What they won’t do is pressure sell to you in your home.

Design & Planning

All the information you give to our designer is taken back to the studio, where they produce the design concept. Very often they will prepare a couple of options, so you can see different looks for your room. We then invite you to our showroom to see the design. It’s a photo quality image which helps you to envisage the finished look. We will take you through the options and discuss appliances and finishes.

Professional Installation

If you choose to go ahead with your room, a deposit will be required at this stage, We then agree a convenient time to install your room. We can remove your old kitchen if you want and arrange any other necessary building work. We take care of the whole project from plastering to electrics to tiling, with only one point of contact throughout the installation; our Installation Manager, Paul Mason.

After Care Service

We carry out the work on your room as efficiently as possible and we will stay with the project until you are happy with everything.  Finally the balance will be payable in full upon completion. Should you need anything further after the work is complete, we are always available to assist. We have been known to provide after sales service 15 years after the original order!
