Painted Shaker Farmhouse Kitchen in Feckenham
This beautiful Feckenham farmhouse was undergoing an extensive whole-house renovation, creating the opportunity for a generous new family kitchen that balances simplicity with elegance. The design makes full use of the available space, with particular priority given to accessible drawer storage.
Daval Farnley painted Shaker cabinetry is paired with Corian work surfaces and a contrasting quartz island featuring an open drawer unit. A carefully arranged bank of tall cupboards integrates the fridge freezer, pull-out storage, two full-size Siemens ovens and two deep warming drawers, all set out with strong visual symmetry.
The specification also includes two dishwashers and a Franke hot water tap, giving the kitchen the capacity a large family and special occasions demand. We designed, supplied and installed the kitchen as part of the wider renovation, and the finished room is calm, highly practical and beautifully balanced, with every appliance and storage element working together to impressive effect.
